Closings are targeted for 2026.

Two large developments selling through their full inventory — one completely, one at a record-setting pace — isn't a coincidence specific to either building. It reflects sustained demand for Long Branch's combination of oceanfront access, proximity to NYC, and lifestyle draw that's outpacing new supply.
